Everything was perfectly fine, the parking was nearby, the room was reasonably priced and brand-new. Had good choice of options for breakfast, it was good...

we would want to stay there again. the hotel is big size with very polite and incredibly nice staff members. they offer reasonably priced and decent size rooms. the beds are comfy, and the breakfast is satisfactory.

Too many flies around the lake annoyed a bit, hard to have a meal outside. Had not serve breakfast as the hotel was not crowded. For sure, does not deserve 5 stars.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket nearby, which was helpful for getting essentials. the hotel arranged a reliable driver for our excursion to Shahdag.

The hotel's location was not ideal, requiring a taxi to access the main town and tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet offered limited options, and we were not able to opt for just coffee or juice.

The hotel facilities were top-notch - we especially enjoyed the spa and the workout room. The hotel’s breakfast was delicious and we loved the fact that the wi-fi was free. The hotel is located in a good area, with easy access to transportation and many great places to visit in the city.

We found that the hotel's location was a bit far from the city centre making access to public transportation a bit difficult. there were not many restaurants or local markets in the vicinity of the hotel, limiting our food options.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks and it was amazing. the hotel is situated in a perfect location surrounded by beautiful landscape, great places to visit, and good variety of restaurants. the staff are incredible - so friendly and thoughtful. We were impressed with the clean and tidy rooms and the comfortable beds, while the breakfast was really good. the hotel offers a lot of facilities, including a great spa, fitness centre, and an incredible view from the top floor.

There was a minor delay during our check-in that kept us waiting for a few minutes.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and hospitality. the Spa Centre was a luxurious haven, complete with a sauna, steam room, and massage services that we couldn't get enough of. We indulged in in-room breakfast every morning, which was a delicious and exclusive touch that added to our overall relaxing experience.

The only minor downside was the limited variety of halal food at the restaurant. the bar/lounge area had plenty of refreshing options, as well as a snack bar and outdoor dining area for a change of scenery.

Very cozy and quiet hotel. Impeccable staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spa facilities included. Excellent Wi-Fi. Lovely lake view. Helpful in trip organization.
